Jan has worked as a strategic consultant for large companies in the DAX sector as well as for startups for several years. Jan is particularly experienced in the areas of strategy, architecture, e-commerce, supplier contracting and managing large IT programs and projects. Jan is managing director of Lupus & Company and works there as a consultant himself. He is responsible for IT strategy, IT organization and technical product & project management.
